MICKEY'S AWESOME WEEKEND WITH GIADA

                                                                        Friday 4/27/18

The above photo was taken at my house during an after school playdate on Friday with Claire and Olivia. We watched a movie and Mickey enjoyed it too! The below photo on the right was when I showed my friends and Mickey my squishy collection. In my room, I have a hideout and the below left photo was taken up there as we played with flip pillows and other activities.

                                                                     Saturday 4/28/18

 The above photo was taken on a lazy Saturday morning when my sister and I usually like to hang low and chill while we watch tv before our sports and dance days start. My Mom had to take us with her to work to show apartments and since she knows we hate doing that, she treated us to Bohemian Raspberry in Westfield. It's our favorite frozen yogurt place. Then about 30 minutes later, we went to my softball game. We won that game 6-2. Mickey was proud of my team and I.

                                                                Sunday 4/29/18

On Sunday, after the long weekend of activities, Mickey and Pluto decided to chill at home.  While they were chilling, we were all out and about. First we had a communion party in Cranford. After that, we had dinner plans with our family friends. We ended up going to their house after dinner. When we got home, Mickey and Pluto were out for the count on the couch. Overall, Mickey and Pluto and the entire Barbosa family had a great time together!

Mickey started of being forgotten in the classroom when we were at the book fair. Once we got home I realized... I FORGOT MICKEY!!! So we rushed back to the book fair, got out of the car, went inside and grabbed Mickey. On the way home, we stopped at BJ's to get some food. After that we ate dinner. I showered and Mickey took a bath. We both brushed our teeth and went to bed. 


The next day, I had a soccer game early in the morning, and Mickey came to watch. We were versing our rivals, Scotch Plains. We lost, but only by 1 point. The score was 3-2. My friend Clair Hoffman was on that team, I don't think you would know her. She is in Mr. Pasks 3rd grade class Franklin Elementary school. Once the game was over, Mickey decided to sunbathe. After soccer, we went to my friend Misha's house. One of Mr. Pasks old students. We stayed there for a couple hours then went home. That night, our grandparents came to visit. We had a lot of fun with them. Mickey also met the whole royal family.

On Sunday, Mickey Mouse slept in and woke up at 10:26 am. We watched TV for about 2 hours. Then we had lunch. After lunch we had to go to Jemma's soccer game. They let me sit with the team because I am well known in their team. Jemma's game tied 4-4. My grandparents stayed to watch. After the game we went to my dads house. Our grandparents came with us and we had dinner at Chipotle. We were done with dinner and unfortunately our grandparents had to leave. 2 hours later... I was working on my book report because I thought it was due this Monday, but it was actually due next Monday. So after a while I stopped and went to bed. Mickey and I both had matching covers. Unfortunately we had to give him back on Monday. That's my crazy story of a weekend with Mickey.

    I thought I was going to get to take Mickey to Aspen, CO, on my spring break.  But, sadly, I forgot him at school.  So I got to hang out with him this weekend. We got to do so many fun things together!

   Mickey and I went to lacrosse together.  I played, and he watched.  It was such a hot, sunny day! Thankfully at the end, Mickey and I got ice cream. That night Mickey and I had an epic sleepover at Olivia's house. We played, watched a movie, and then played some more. The next night,  my little sister Ruby and I played with Mickey in bed. We laughed so hard.  Mickey and I were so tired we fell asleep in one second.

   Even though, I didn't get to bring Mickey with me on spring break, we still had the time of our lives! I am glad we did not forget Mickey in CO. That would have been the worst! I loved hanging out with Mickey.

Mickey's Night at the Museum

Mickey, my dad, my mom, Jack ( my brother), and I went to the Museum of Natural History on

Friday night. We brought supplies for a sleepover including, sleeping bags, PJs, and flashlights because we were sleeping in the museum. First, we went to the cafeteria for dinner. Then, we went to the fossil exhibit and saw a Raptor fossil with our flashlights. Mickey was very interested in the fossil so he asked the guide to take picture of us.  

We went to the Live Animal presentation. We saw a Burmese python. We learned that they eat mice! Mickey was gripping onto my arm!

Mickey met Teddy Roosevelt. They had a conversation about who would be a better President, and they started trash talking. I separated them, and then they were friends again.

Mickey and I really enjoyed The Unseen Oceans exhibit. First, we walked in to the Museum and saw a body of water. Mickey was about to jump in it but I caught him just in time. They had a video game that Mickey and I played. We won the game, and then we went to the next exhibit. 

Next, we went into then African Mammals Hall. We saw lions, gazelles, and giraffes. Our favorite one was the African Elephants. Mickey asked Mom to take a picture of us in front of the elephants.

Mickey got a little to close to the elephants so I had to pull him back. My spring break with Mickey was very enjoyable. We had a great nights sleep at the Museum.

Mickey at my Korean school

On Friday Mickey and I didn’t do much together but he came to my Korean class. When we arrived Mickey said it was really cold so he stayed in my bag. In my class I introduced him to my classmates, everyone really liked him. Since Mickey didn’t understand Korean he took a nap, but before he fell asleep I showed him how to write his name, “미키” in Korean. I woke Mickey up when class was over and gave him a doughnut to eat in the car. At home Mickey said that this was a great day but he was really tired so he slept on a bed of Styrofoam and fabric which I made.

Saturday:

Mickey and I had a blast today. We went to a pinball/arcade,

At the arcade Mickey won a lot of pinball games but was really bad at video games. About an hour later we arrived at my dad’s office. We looked around a bit and left to eat and charge at a supercharger. When we arrived my dad charged his car and we ate nearby. After lunch Mickey and I went home and watched TV for a while until dinner. Then we went to sleep.













  

Sunday:

Mickey and I played my favorite video game and he watched me swim.
First I woke up and played my favorite video game with Mickey for a while until it was
lunch time. After lunch Mickey slept until 2:30. When he woke up I went swimming so
I could test my new breaststroke fins. Once we arrived I jumped in and swam for a
while but Mickey was afraid of water so he stayed on deck. When I was done I got
dried and went home. After that Mickey slept again!

Cole's Weekend with Mickey

The weekend we had Mickey was a lot of fun. I'm so happy he got to meet a lot of my family and friends and do a lot of fun things with me.

On Friday, my friends came over and we had a lot of fun with Mickey. We had a 3 point contest, a dunk contest and we also just watched some March Madness. On Saturday, it was St. Patrick's Day. I also had my last basketball game of the season and Mickey was there to see me get my trophy.

 

 On Sunday morning I had a soccer game. It was a very exciting game and we tied 2-2. Conor Woods' mom brought donuts so we had some after the game and then we went home. Later on, we went to my grandma's house for my aunt's birthday. It was a busy weekend but we had a great time with Mickey.

     On Friday the power went out went we got home . So Mickey ,my friend Caroline,

and I played dress up and hair. After we looked up how to get the power back on but nothing would  come up because the power was out.For dinner we ordered Panera.

        

     On Saturday me and  mickey went to the mall.We went to Justice.Mickey helped me pick some of my clothes then we got on line the line was so long.Mickey and I were board but the line moved fast.Then Mickey watch my piano lesson.                                              

On Sunday Mickey and I went to a Devils game.  Mickey and I got to hi five the players.

I caught a puck.  It was freezing!
