Gisela and Mickey’s Weekend of Fun

When my name was announced to bring home Mickey Mouse, I felt excited. I couldn’t wait to tell my family that we had a guest for the weekend. It was sure to be a fun and busy time together.
After school we went right to my brother’s soccer practice. Mickey and I watched him play. We also kicked the ball around on the sideline with my friend Dalia. When soccer was over, I gave Mickey the house tour. Then we had dinner and relaxed on the couch watching Percy Jackson with my family. On Saturday Mickey watched me play soccer with my Westfield travel team. It was a tough game against STA, we lost 2-1. Later that day we went to Hyatt Hills to hit some balls on the range. After hitting a bucket of balls on the range we sat down to eat lunch. On Saturday night my family and I met some friends at Sophie’s house. We ate and played together all night. Sunday morning, we went to my pickup soccer game. My mom took my brother and I to 5 Below to use our gift cards.
I had so much fun playing with Mickey and introducing him to my friends and family. We had a lot of adventures together. I hope he visits again soon.
