Mickey's Sweet Day

Once school was over, Mickey and I went to Madison and Jacqueline's house to invite them to get ice cream downtown. They said yes and we left. My mom took all four of us to Cold Stone. When we got there Madison was acting silly while I was ordering the ice cream. Jacqueline couldn't pick out which ice cream flavor to get but she got Oreo filling ice cream. Mickey and I shared the ice cream but he didn't eat a lot. We all had a lot of fun eating our ice cream.
After leaving Cold Stone we all went to Madison and Jacqueline's house to play.
Mickey was so full he decided not to play but instead he took a thirty minute nap.
Madison went inside to get Dash. When she came outside she put Dash on the tree. All three of us were playing tag so I decided to check on Dash and I yelled to Madison, "Dash is gone!" Jacqueline and Madison came rushing over to see. A minute later I found Dash on the grass hiding in his little shell. So I got a box out of the car and brought it over. Madison put Dash inside and got some rocks and some grass and put them inside. We put the box on a bush and started playing again. About 6 minutes later I check on Dash and he was gone again! Madison came over and found Dash on the dirt. We had a fantastic time.

When I got home I went to my tree and sat down on the chairs under it. I started to read. Mickey wanted to read too so he looked at my homework pad. I went inside to practice piano before my piano teacher came.

While I had my piano lesson Mickey played with Bippidy. Bippidy was happy to see Mickey again. They played twenty three minutes but then Bippidy had to eat dinner so I took Mickey to see my basement. When I got there I brought Mickey to watch T.V. He wanted to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I let him. Then I turned off the T.V and went over to a chair with Mickey and he saw Jr. Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Mickey was so excited he ran over and hugged them both. They both hugged him back.
Then Mickey took a piece of paper and wrote something on it and then he showed it to me. He really wanted me to show it to Mr. Pask so I said yes.

Mickey played with my foam finger and then I told him we had to go to bed . He went upstairs and walked into the guest room to go to sleep. He had a wonderful time and I hope Rebecca has fun with Mickey on Field day and the weekend.

Mickey and Jeremy together.....AGAIN!!!

Today, I brought Mickey home for the second time! I was very excited. Today when I told my baby brother I had Mickey, Ethan (my baby brother) got more excited than me! Soon we got home and Mickey didn't look to happy. Mickey had a talk with me and then he just got over it. When we got to the family room, Mickey started to pretend choke me like Darth Vader from Stars Wars. Obviously, he was just doing it for fun.
While I did my homework, Mickey seemed to be hungry because when I finished my homework and music, the frige was out of cheese! Literrally, the frig was basicly telling me:"Sorry, we ran out of cheese." I couldn't believe my eyes! After I found out the cheese was gone, I saw Mickey with a fake Darth Vader helmet on. I think he was just adding on to his Darth Vader act.
At the dinner table, Mickey seemed extra hungry because he took out cheese from his pocket!!! I questioned/asked him where he got it and he replied,"Isn't it obvious? Trader Joes." I laughed.
I had a great second night and hope that he won't take anybody else's CHEESE!!!!!!

Matthew's Weekend with Mickey!

After school was dismissed on Friday, I rushed back home with Mickey. My mom came home early to take us shopping for some summer clothes. Mickey tagged along. While mom was busy searching for shoes for my sister, Kimberly, I decided to search for some clothes for my friend, Mickey. I thought I found the perfect pair of pants but Mickey said that he prefers
shorts, and
red ones ONLY.

On Saturday, I practiced some piano for my new audience, Mickey. Unlike Kimberly who usually creates a lot of distraction, Mickey, on the other hand, was a very good audience and clapped at the right moment. After I was done practicing, Mickey gave me a pat on the back and said, "Job well done!"

On Sunday my dad and I went bike riding. I brought a bag with me so I could put a drink inside. Mickey wanted to go too so he snuck in the bag right before we started. I didn't know until Mickey popped out his head for some fresh air. I gave Mickey my helmet so he would return safely to school on Monday. I had a great weekend with Mickey and I hope Thomas would have a blast with Mickey, too.

Mickey's Spring Break

When I got home with Mickey we sat on the couch to watch T.V. After that we went outside to play on the swings. They were a little shakey but Mickey didn't mind. Then Mickrty joined the family for a ipod Dkeyarty. Mickey was the DJ, ofcourse. After an hour Mickey announced that he would be playing Micheal Jackson for the next twenty minutes. That made my brother jump. Thats just because he's Micheal Jackson's number 1 fan (not). After that Mickey played with Brownie (my sister favorite raindeer webkinz).
On Saturday, everyone in my family woke up early enough to go to the Easter egg hunt. We didn't come early but we got some eggs. Then we went to get our passports. I asked Mickey if he wanted to get his passport, but he said no. Then we went to the Westfield Diner. Mickey wanted the cheese burger. But instead he wanted to share his cheese burger with me so I get a meal. Then I ordered jello with whip cream. When I went to ask the waiter for a refill, Mickey grabbed the whip cream on a spoon and took it all. After the Diner I went to a clothing store. Mickey asked the front desk if they had his size. Belive it or not they did. When Mickey was done in the dressing room we finally went to the tennis court. We started to go to the tennis court since every weekend. Then when we got home Mom went to Samantha's house and Dad made a chinese meal.
On Sunday, one o'clock we went to Samanta's house for Sunday Easter brunch. My friends Mandy, and Mia were there. At four o'clock we had a Easter egg hunt. Finally we left at eight. We also had to pick up Mandy for her to stay over at my house for the night.

On Monday, Mandy, Mickey, and I played on Poptropica.com Mickey won the game so fast it was only one hour. Then Mickey wanted to play on the connect-all-around-the-world walkie-talkies on the rainy Monday afternoon and we ended up talking to someone who wasn't from New Jersey. After dinner, Mandy then got picked up by her Mom and went home.

Then on Tuesday, it was still raining out so we played on the computer, watched TV and played video games with my brother, sister and Mickey. We also played hide-and-seek with Mickey. Then Uncle Jim arrived from Los Angeles so we all went to my grandparents house for a family dinner.
On Wednesday, my brother and sister had play dates at our house so I decided to play hide and seek with their friends and Mickey. My hiding spot was so good that they were about to give up until my brother gave me up. Then I went to Amanda's house to play our usual game, where we make up characters and stories. We then packed to get ready for our trip to Philadelphia, and got Mickey excited for the trip. Later, we had a dinner party at the house with Uncle Jim, Uncle Michael and my Great-Grandma.

Thursday we arrived in Philadelphia after a long car ride. We took pictures of Mickey around the city, and outside the Philly Art Museum. Then we went back to the hotel, went in the pool for awhile and then ordered roomm serivce for dinner. We were all tired, Mickey included.
On Friday, we woke up, had breakfast with Mickey in the lounge then again went swimming. We then got ready for our walking tour of the city. Mickey went with us to Independence Hall, to see the Liberty Bell, and even on a carriage ride with a horse named Chip. We then went back to the hotel and had dinner, before getting ready for out walking ghost tour of the city at nightfall. Mickey got a little scared but was nice and calm afterward. We took pictures and video along the way.

Saturday was our last day in the city. Again, we started our morning at the hotel pool after breakfast, then we set out to do some shopping and mroe sightseeing. We then went to Franklin Square Park where we played on the playground and then my Mom, sister and brother (and Mickey too) went on the carousel ride. We then had lunch outdoors in the park before walking back to the hotel and getting ready to go home. Everyone (except Mom who was driving) feel asleep on the car ride home. We then had a BBQ dinner at our house with the whole family. Aunt Laurie Jane brought 2 little dogs that we all played with. Mickey had fun being around the whole family.
Finally, Easter came on Sunday. We had bunny-shaped pancakes before going to church with Mickey. Then we went to my grandparents Country Club (Echo Lake) for brunch but I couldn't bring Mickey in because there was a sign out front that said "no mice allowed" :) We then came home for an Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard. I won the big Easter basket filled with lots of candy and fun things to do! I also got a new bike and helmet to ride around. We then went to the Billing's house for an Easter dinner with Mickey. It was a fun night and the last one we had on Spring Break!
I hope Matt S has a fun time with Mickey, just as I did. Thanks!! - Kelly Bailey

Mickey's weekend at the Bartok's house

After school on Friday Mickey asked if we could go to my house. I said we couldn't because I had lacrosse practice. He said he would stay in the car so he wouldn't get hit by the ball.
After my lacrosse practice we we went to Tingas to get tacos. MICKEY SAID HE WANTED CHICKEN Wings. After Mickey ate his chicken wings we went to my house. When we got home we watched some of the NCAA basketball tournament. Mickey was bummed Northern Iowa beat UNLV.
On Saturday morning when we woke up we watched sports center. Mickey said he wanted pancakes & milk. After we ate breakfast we went to my soccer game. When we got there my team was playing Millburn.
It was the first game of the season and we won 4 to 2. Mickey was going crazy after I scored my second goal.
On Sunday morning we watched more of the NCAA basketball tournament . Mickey was sad to see Kansas lose to Northern Iowa. Mickey wants Duke to win the tournament because he is a Duke fan.
Then we went to a baseball game and we played the other Westfield team. Mickey was happy to see Thomas and Nicky at the game. Then I had to rush over to East Brunswick to be on time for my soccer game.
Mickey had a great weekend and I hope he has a good weekend at Kelly's house.

Mickey's Fantastic Weekend

On Friday, once Mickey and I got home, we ate a snack. Mickey was looking around and found Bippidy eating a carrot. Mickey was scared that Bippidy would bite him but I explained to him that Bippidy doesn't bite. I gave Mickey some cheese and Bippidy and Mickey were eating together. I went to get some cookies, and when I came back I saw Mickey playing horsie with Bippidy.

I brought Mickey to the basement to look around and he found my Great Grandma's fifty year old Mickey Mouse doll from California. They started to make believe that they were in a band and got dressed up. They played and played until 10:36!

On Saturday I had my basketball game. Mickey was thrilled to see Lily again. Mickey tried to play but the ball was too big. Mickey watched the team win and we got trophies. Lily gave out munchkins and they were tasty.

On Saturday I had my birthday party and Mickey was invited. First we made T-shirts. Then we went to the movies but Mickey was too scared to go so he stayed home. He ate lots of Cheese Puffs. When we came back from the movies we watched some TV and ate more and more. We all played around and then we went to sleep.

On Sunday I had a softball clinic but Mickey was too tired to go. Mickey was happy when I came home. We had dinner and went to bed.

Mickey had a fantastic time this weekend and I hope he has fun at Matt's house.

Mickey meets me and my family (by Jeremy Cha)

On Friday afternoon (at 3:05pm), I picked Mickey up and we went home and played around. Mickey met the whole family during dinner. Then we went to sleep (there was nothing special). The next morning, I woke up extra early and started reading. I waited for the rest of my family to wake up. Once my family came down, Mickey introduced himself. My Mom made me practice my cello for my concert. I practiced and Mickey watched with great interest. At 11 o'clock AM, I went to my second-to-last basketball game. We started out well, but lost. When I got in the car, Mickey felt bad for me. We drove to the pizzeria and then went to the studio (where the concert was to be), so I could change into my concert clothes. I was really excited because it was my first concert ever and Mickey tried over and over again to calm me down. Finally the concert started. I enjoyed it a lot. We play a lot of songs. When it ended I asked Mickey how I did and he told me I did awesome. Then we went home, had dinner and went to sleep.

The next day, I woke up extra early again and Mickey said "Good Morning". I started reading again and Mickey followed me this time. Later, I changed my clothes and I played my recorder. I played the song "Excerpt from Symphony Number 9". My baby brother held Mickey while I played. Mickey said he felt like an ant compared to my baby brother, Ethan. Finally, we went to church. During my sunday school class, my teacher cut it short and we all went outside to play football. During our game, Mickey watched from the car. I made two touchdowns. Mickey cheered me on. Mickey was watching from the car because no mice were allowed, obviously.

Near the end of the day, my family, Mickey and I went to my Grandpa's house. During the ride, Mickey said he wanted to sit with my baby brother for a change. I told him he sounded just like Barack Obama from the election. When we got to my Grandpa's house, my Grandpa wasn't there. So we played in his backyard. Soon we heard my Grandpa's car and helped him with the groceries. Then I started to read again. After I read, I played with the keyboard for a little, but then went downstairs to play ping-pong against my Grandpa. My Grandpa beat me by 8 points. The score was 41-49.

After we went out for dinner (with our Aunt and Uncle), we dropped everybody off and then set off for home. I had a great time with Mickey and hope Maddy will have fun and take care of Mickey, t00.
