Mickey's Weekend with Christian

On Friday night I had a sleepover with my friend Marco. Mickey spent the night with us at Marco's house. We made Bionicals and battled with them. Marco's older brother Massimo helped us build our Bionicals, he is a great builder. I got pricked with my sword on my finger but it didn't hurt. We had dinner together and Mickey watched the movie Spirited Away with us. We had a lot of fun.

My cousins came over on Saturday and I was really surprised to see them. We played outside in the rain and Mickey watched from the window. My cousin Adam and I ran around with nerf guns. We got all muddy and dad had to throw our clothes and jackets in the wash. On Saturday night, my other friend Cole surprised me by coming over to our house! All the girls went out to a concert and we had a boys night with Mickey. We played video games until really late.

On Sunday we had my favorite breakfast with biscuits and bacon. The cousins had to leave on Sunday which always makes me really sad. Mickey and I took a nap on the couch and watched some of the world's biggest Spongebob marathon. Then I built another Bionicle. And before dinner I wrote this post. Mickey and I are going to test my mom tonight to see if we can go to bed late again! It will be sad to bring Mickey back to school tomorrow. We had a great weekend together.

Mickey goes roller blading and runs into a wall.  It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Mickey Mouse jumping from the deck of my house to the trampoline in the backyard.  He completes a front flip and bounces twice.  Mickey didn't know that was against the rules of our house.  

After Mickey was caught hanging from the chandelier in the dining room, we thought he needed some air.  We took him dirt sledding through the forest.   And, then he climbed a tree that was about 12 feet high.  Mickey is very fast for his age.  We raced down the street on bikes and I beat him.

Mickey and I played the game Twister.  And, then we went to town for frozen yogurt at Yapple.  Mickey and I had steak for dinner that night with my sisters.  Mickey really enjoyed playing Minecraft. I enjoyed Mickey's stay at our house.

Emma's Marvelous Weekend with Mickey

On Saturday morning Mickey and I woke up at 7:30 am. I do not like waking up early.  But I had to because I had an 8 am basketball game.  I went with my friend, Margaux to the game.  She is on my team.  My mom was a little late bringing Mickey but he got to see most of the game. I did really good.  I thought I heard Mickey yelling "Go Emma!," and "Nice job Emma!". I was really happy that Mickey was at my game cheering for me!

It was Sunday night, almost time for the Superbowl! I am super excited.  I sat down with Mickey and got cozy. While the Superbowl was on, my mom was cooking up dinner.  It was really fun!  Mickey and I were really excited! It was almost half-time. Mickey was excited to see Beyonce and I was too!  She was super super good.  I love her! She sang really well too! After she sang, the game was back on. But then the power went off! Mickey and I were a little scared. They said the power would be a 15 minute wait. Then the lights came back on but Mickey and I had to go to bed.

My brother's Jack and Petey and Mickey and I were bored. We thought of playing cards. We thought of the game Slap the Jack. It is a really fun card game. Jack was dealing the cards, and Mickey and I got our cards. I put down a 9, then my brother put down a 5, next my other brother put down a Jack.  We all reached our hands in and Mickey was the one who slapped the Jack and got the cards! He was really happy, so was I! Mickey did great!

     On Friday, Mickey was excited to go to grandma's house.  He went straight on the computer.  He went on Disney.com.  When he went on Disney.com, he thought he was going back to Disney. 
     On Saturday, Mickey went to my swim meet.  He cheered me so much that when he was done cheering he was out of breath.  After the swim meet, Mickey was so glad to see me.  On Saturday night, Mickey watched School of Rock with us.  It was so hilarious that Mickey almost laughed his pants off.
     On Sunday, Mickey went to church with us.  Mickey liked church.  After church, Mickey went to CCD with me and he learned how to pray the rosary.  On Sunday night, Mickey was so sad that the weekend was over and so was I.

Friday we took Mickey home from school and went to my friend Ella Conover's house.  Ella, Mickey, and I drew pictures.  We also brought Mickey outside to play.  Mickey was really cold.
When we went home we went to Emma's Pizza.  Mickey asked for extra cheese with his pizza.  Then we went to Dairy Queen for ice cream and he shared an ice cream cone with me.  At bed time my brother Luke and I slept on the couch with Mickey and watched movies.


Saturday we went to my basketball game.  Mickey cheered for me when I made two baskets.  We won the game 20-18.  Mickey was very excited.  After that we went to lunch.  Luke shared his cheese sandwich with Mickey.  Then we went to Alryie's birthday party.  At first Mickey was scared to skate. Then we practiced on the rug and he was skating better. All of my classmates were at the party and they were so excited to see Mickey there.  At night we went to our friend's house for dinner. We played video games and Mickey learned how to play Skylanders.

Sunday morning we took Mickey to Manhattan Bagel and Mickey got a cheddar cheese bagel.  He loved it!  After that Mickey and I cleaned up my legos.  We wanted to build a new Lego set but we couldn't because we had to go to Luke's basketball game.  At night my grandma and grandpa came over for dinner.  Grandma, Mickey, and I played board games.  Then Luke, Mickey and I had chocolate chip mint ice cream.

It was a long and fun weekend with Mickey! 

Mickey Mouse In Your House

Mickey Mouse came home with me for Christmas vacation!  We went to my aunt’s house and he met my cousins, Olivia and Katherine from Chicago.  We all slept at my aunt’s house and had chocolate chip pancakes and crispy bacon for breakfast.  The next day was Christmas, we got a lot of presents and Mickey had a great day at our house!

Over break, Mickey and my family went to New York City.  We went ice-skating and it was awesome!  Mickey liked it and thought it was really fun.  Mickey and I had a great dinner at our favorite New York restaurant!

It’s New Years Eve!  Mickey and I are going to a New Year’s Eve party at our friend’s house.  Mickey and I are going to stay up until 12:00 mid-night!  We can’t wait for tonight because it is going to be so exciting!  

Weekend at Brady's!

On Friday, Mickey had a great time exploring my house.  I wanted to first get a picture of him with my wrestlers, John Cena and Randy Orton.  After they wrestled a few rounds, Mickey had a yummy gum ball.  He had a hard time choosing a color because they are all so good.  After we played, Mickey and I went to Chili's for dinner with my Dad and big brother Matthew.  We ate macaroni and cheese, chips, salsa and drank chocolate milk.

Saturday was great because I had my first basketball game. Mickey was too tired to play, so he stayed home and napped in my bed. Saturday night we watched a ton of college football.  Sadly, I started coughing and had to go on the nebulizer a few times.  Mickey was really sweet and sat with me for my treatments.

Mickey and I didn't get a lot of sleep because my asthma was so bad.  On Sunday morning we went to the Dr. and he sent us to the emergency room.  Mickey was really loving and sat with me for over 5 ours in the hospital.  We were lucky to get a visit from a therapy dog named Coco.  Mickey was petting her and even kissed her on the nose!  The Dr.'s weren't sure what they should do, but decided that I could go home as long as I promised to drink my medicine and go on the nebulizer.  It was a little scary since I coughed so much, but I got better by Monday.
